Pozavarovalnica Sava d.d. sole owner of Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d.

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Pozavarovalnica Sava, d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana ("Sava Reinsurance Company"), hereby announces the following information: 

On 30 August 2013, the resolution of the Zavarovalnica Maribor shareholder meeting on the exclusion of minority shareholders adopted on 19 August 2013 was entered in the Slovenian register of companies. 

Following the entry of this resolution on share transfer into the register of companies, Sava Reinsurance Company became sole owner of Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d. 

This announcement will be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
