New POSR Shares Entered into KDD Central Register
Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and relevant legislation,Pozavarovalnica Sava, d.d., Ljubljana ("Sava Reinsurance Company") hereby announces the following:
As from 17 July 2013, the central register of the clearing and deposit corporation (KDD) lists 7.857.143 newly issued POSR shares paid up in the capital increase of Sava Reinsurance Company. As from 18 July 2013, the new shares are listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
Please find in the attached document the ten largest shareholders of Sava Reinsurance Company at 17 July 2013.
