Payment of purchase price for Zavarovalnica Maribor
Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and applicable legislation, Sava Reinsurance Company d.d., Ljubljana hereby announces the following:
Based on the Share Purchase Agreement that Sava Reinsurance Company and Slovenian Restitution Company signed with Nova Kreditna banka Maribor on 11 December 2012, Sava Reinsurance Company paid, on 25 April 2013, the remaining portion of the purchase price for 11.79% of Zavarovalnica Maribor. The entire purchase price was EUR 15 million, of which Sava Reinsurance Company advanced EUR 10 million in December 2012. Sava Reinsurance company now owns 60.47% of Zavarovalnica Maribor.
This announcement will be available on the Company's website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
