Election of chair and deputy chair of Sava Re supervisory board
Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:
On 20 July 2021, the members of the supervisory board of Sava Re d.d. elected from among themselves Davor I. Gjivoje Jr as the chair of the supervisory board and Keith W. Morris as the deputy chair.
