Change in Number of Shares With Voting Rights
Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and Articles 126 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI), Pozavarovalnica Sava d.d. ("Sava Reinsurance Company"), Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby announces the following:
On 29 February 2016, the central registry maintained by KDD (the Central Securities Clearing Corporation) showed the following figures for the POSR share of Pozavarovalnica Sava d.d.:
- the total number of shares issued was 17,219,662,
- the total number of own shares was 752,932, representing 4.3725 percent of all issued shares and
- the total number of shares with voting rights was 16,466,730, representing 95.6275 percent of all issued shares.
This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
