Announcement on registration of capital increase in subsidiary Illyria Kompania e Sigurimeve sh.a., Pristina

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and relevant legislation, Sava Reinsurance Company d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana hereby announces the following: 

Pursuant to Articles 106 and 386 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI, Off. Gaz. of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 67/2007), relating to the announcement of regulated information, Pozavarovalnica Sava, d.d. hereby announces that on 6 March 2012, the capital increase in the non-life insurance subsidiary Illyria Kompania e Sigurimeve sh.a., Sheshi Nëna Terezë 33, 10000 Pristina, Kosovo to a total share capital of EUR 5.427.999 was registered with the Kosovan agency for registration of companies in Pristina. 

In the recapitalisation of Illyria Kompania e Sigurimeve sh.a., which is wholly owned by Sava Reinsurance Company d.d., 73.333 new shares were issued for a total amount of EUR 2.199.990. 

This announcement will be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of this announcement.
