Announcement on Renaming Sava Tabak to Sava osiguruvanje a.d. Skopje

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and relevant legislation, Sava Re d.d., Ljubljana hereby announces the following:

Sava Tabak Skopje, the Macedonian insurance subsidiary in which Sava Reinsurance Company has an 81.83% stake, was renamed Sava osiguruvanje a.d. Skopje, this change becoming effective upon entering into the Court Register on 20 October 2011. After yesterday's official presentation in Skopje, the company started using the corporate design of the Sava Re Group.

This announcement will be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
