Amendment to financial calendar for 2026

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange rules and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

Sava Re d.d. hereby informs the public that its 2026 financial calendar has been amended. The amendment concerns the publication date of the notice for the 42nd general meeting of shareholders and the meeting date itself, which will be held earlier than originally planned. The reason for bringing forward the general meeting is to appoint a new supervisory board member as soon as possible, given that the position has been vacant since 25 February 2026, following the resignation of the previous member and chairman Davor I. Gjivoje Jr.
