Notification of managers' transactions in POSR shares

Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Ljubljana, and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana (also the “Company”), makes the following announcement:

On 11 June 2025, Marko Jazbec, chairman of the Sava Re management board, acquired 250 POSR shares for a total of EUR 13,625.00, representing 0.0015% of the issued shares and 0.0016% of the shares outstanding. After this transaction, Marko Jazbec holds 12,250 POSR shares, and his voting power has increased from 0.0774% to 0.0790%.
