Annual Report of the Sava Insurance Group and Sava Re d.d. for 2024
Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:
At its session yesterday, the supervisory board of Sava Re d.d. approved the attached audited Annual Report of the Sava Insurance Group and Sava Re d.d. for 2024. The audited figures do not differ from the previously published unaudited figures.
This version of the annual report does not comply with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 (ESEF Regulation) and is an unofficial version of the official annual report published in XHTML format in accordance with the ESEF Regulation. The official annual report for 2024, prepared in accordance with the ESEF Regulation and Article 134(1) of the Slovenian Market in Financial Instruments Act, is published in a separate release via the SEOnet information system (seonet.ljse.si). It is also available on the Company’s official website (www.sava-re.si).
