Election of chair of Sava Re supervisory board

In accordance with the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

Davor I. Gjivoje Jr has begun his third four-year term as a member of the supervisory board of Sava Re d.d., based on the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders dated 27 May 2024, following the expiry of his previous four-year term as a member and chairman of the Company’s supervisory board. His new term of office commenced on 9 March 2025.

The members of the supervisory board of Sava Re d.d. re-elected from among themselves Davor I. Gjivoje Jr as chairman of the supervisory board for the new term.
