Supervisory board reappoints Peter Skvarča as management board member
In accordance with the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:
At yesterday’s session, the Sava Re supervisory board reappointed Peter Skvarča, whose five-year term of office expires on 19 June 2025, as a member of the management board for a further term. The new five-year term starts on 20 June 2025.
