Announcement of change entered in register of companies

In accordance with the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

On 16 January 2023, Sava Re d.d. received from its notary a decision (no. Srg 2023/1816  dated 16 January 2023) of the Ljubljana District Court on the entry of a change to the data in the register of companies.

In accordance with this decision, a new term of office has been entered in the register of companies for Polona Pirš Zupančič, member of the Sava Re management board, with effect from 15 January 2023.
