Amendment to 2022 financial calendar

Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d. makes the following announcement:

Sava Re d.d. informs the public that its 2022 financial calendar has been amended.

The change relates to the publication of the “Unaudited financial report of the Sava Insurance Group and financial statements of Sava Re d.d. for the six months to 30 June 2022”.

The Company will publish the “Unaudited financial report of the Sava Insurance Group and financial statements of Sava Re d.d. for the six months to 30 June 2022” on 17 August 2022, which is one day earlier than originally scheduled in the 2022 financial calendar.
