Announcement of change entered in register of companies

In accordance with the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

On 18 January 2022, Sava Re d.d. received from its notary a decision (no. Srg 2022/105 dated 3 January 2022) of the Ljubljana District Court on the entry of changes to the data in the register of companies.

In line with decision no. Srg 2022/105, the deletion of Mateja Živec, member of the supervisory board of Sava Re d.d., has been entered in the register of companies, effective as of 1 January 2022.

Based on the same decision, Edita Rituper has been entered in the register of companies, effective as of 1 January 2022.
