Resignation of supervisory board member
Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Ljubljana makes the following announcement:
Yesterday Sava Re d.d. received a notice of resignation from Mateja Živec announcing her resignation as an employee representative on the Sava Re supervisory board. The resignation will be effective as from 1 January 2022.
