Announcement of change entered in register of companies

Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

On 23 July 2021, Sava Re d.d. received, from its notary, a decision of the Ljubljana District Court on the entry of changes to the data in the register of companies, decision no. Srg 2021/28637 dated 23 July 2021.

Pursuant to this decision, an entry was made to the register of companies to the effect that as at 16 July 2021, the following members of the Supervisory Board of Sava Re d.d. were deleted from the register: Keith William Morris, Mateja Lovšin Herič and Andrej Kren.

Pursuant to a court decision dated 17 July 2021, Keith William Morris, Matej Gomboši and Klemen Babnik were entered in the register of companies as new members of the Supervisory Board of Sava Re d.d. for the next four-year term of office.

On 27 July 2021, Sava Re d.d. received, from its notary, a decision of the Ljubljana District Court on the entry of changes to the data in the register of companies, decision no. Srg 2021/29043 dated 26 July 2021.

Pursuant to this decision, changes were made in the register of companies effective as of 20 July 2021: Davor I. Gjivoje Jr was entered as the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sava Re d.d. and Keith William Morris as deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sava Re d.d.
