Peter Skvarča new member of Save Re management board

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re, d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana, hereby announces the following:

On 18 June 2020, Peter Skvarča was granted the Insurance Supervision Agency’s licence to become a member of the management board of Sava Re.

Having been appointed as a member of the Sava Re management board on 19 December 2020, Peter Skvarča embarks on his term of office on 19 June 2020.

After Peter Skvarča takes up his office, the Sava Re management board continues to operate as a four-member body.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of this announcement.
