Announcement on managers’ transactions in POSR shares

Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana (also the “Company”) announces the following:

 On 8 July 2019, Marko Jazbec, chairman of the Sava Re management board, acquired 700 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 11,760.00, representing 0.0041% of issued shares and 0.0045% of shares outstanding.

 After the transaction, Marko Jazbec holds 5,000 shares, while his share of voting rights has increased from 0.0277% to 0.0323%.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
