Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana hereby announces the following:
On 27 February 2019, upon the satisfaction of all suspensive conditions, Zavarovalnica Sava d.d. acquired 100% of the companies Ergo osiguranje d.d. and Ergo životno osiguranje d.d., in accordance with the purchase and sale contract dated 13 April 2018.
