2009 Acquisition of Croatian Velebit usluge, a company that currently holds 51,14% stakes in non-life insurer Velebit osiguranje and life-insurer Velebit životno osiguranje. Entry into the Croatian life and non-life market.
2008 Co-founder of Sava Invest (51%), a fund management company in Macedonia.
2008 Co-founder of two life insurance companies, Dukagjini Life (51%) in Kosovo and Sava Life (99,99%) in Serbia.
