In accordance with Articles 106 and 386 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 67/2007) relating to the publication of regulated information, Sava Reinsurance Company d.d. hereby announces that following the resolution on the voluntary liquidation of Sava Invest a.d., Skopje, Macedonia, the Company was stricken off the Central Company Register of the Republic of Macedonia on 27 August 2010.

Pursuant to Article 112 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia no. 67/07 including amendments), the Management Board of Sava Reinsurance Company d.d. Ljubljana, with registered office in Ljubljana, Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby publishes the Unaudited Half - yearly Financial Report of the Sava Re Group and Sava Reinsurance Company for the six months to 30 June 2010 (in Slovenian).
 

At its session held on 26 August 2010, the Supervisory Board of Sava Reinsurance Company was presented the Unaudited Half - yearly Financial Report of the Sava Re Group and Sava Reinsurance Company for the six months to 30 June 2010. The Company has made a profit in the first half-year, i.e., the net profit for the Sava Re Group amounts to EUR 2.73m, while the net profit of Sava Reinsurance Company totals EUR 1.28m.
