On 12 February 2009, the 34th regular Supervisory Board meeting was held.

In its 34th meeting on 12 February, the Supervisory Board was presented with the letter of resignation of Mag. Marko Pogačnik, resigning from the position of Member and Chairman of the Sava Re Supervisory Board. The resignation is irrevocable and is valid as of the day of presentation to the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board together with the Management Board decided that a general meeting should be convened immediately to discuss the resignation and appoint a new member to the Supervisory Board. Upon the proposal of a member, the Supervisory Board proposed Mag. Tadej Tufek, Chairman of the Adria Airways Management Board, as new Supervisory Board Member. The notice of general meeting will be published in the daily DELO, on the website of the Ljubljana stock exchange, via the SEO-net information system (www.ljse.si) and through the Company's website (www.sava-re.si). The General Meeting is to be held on 16 March 2009, starting at 13:00 hrs.
