Pursuant to decision no. Srg 2009/20902 of the Ljubljana District court dated 31 July 2009, the Court Register was amended to include new Supervisory Board Members.

In line with the mentioned decision, as of 13 July, the former Supervisory Board Members of Sava Re Timotej Jagrič, Edo Pirkmajer and Anton Sagadin are stricken off the Company Register. As of 14 July 2009, new Members of the Supervisory Board are entered into the Company Register: Branko Tomažič - Chairman, Mateja Lovšin Herič - Deputy Chairman, Mateja Treven - Member and Slaven Mićković - Member.
