Pursuant to decision no. Srg 2009/3088 of the Ljubljana District court dated 4 February 2009, an entry was made to the Company Court Entry.

In line with the mentioned decision, as of 1 February 2009, there will be an additional representative of the Company. Srečko Čebron, Member of the Board, is now authorised to represent the Company together with the Chairman or another Member to the Management Board.
