Sava Re d.d. received decision no. Srg 2008/42889 of the Ljubljana District court dated 8 January 2009 about the entered change in the Court Register on the representation of the Company. 

In line with the mentioned decision, as of 30 December 2008, Dušan Čeč and Zvonko Ivanušič are stricken off the register as Chairman of the Management Board and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, respectively. As of 31 December, two new representatives are entered: Zvonko Ivanušič as Chairman of the Management Board and Jošt Dolničar as Member of the Management Board.
