Sava Reinsurance Company hereby announces that pursuant to Article 171 of the Insurance Act (ZZavar - official consolidated text, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 109/06, including amendments), the Company published, on 28 May 2010, a summary of the audited Annual Report 2009 with a special auditor's report intended for the public and opinion of the appointed actuary in the daily newspaper Finance.

Sava Reinsurance Company published its separate and consolidated annual report 2009 on 30 April 2010 through the Ljubljana Stock Exchange SEO-net electronic information system (www.ljse.si) and on its website www.sava-re.si.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
