Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and relevant legislation, Sava Re d.d., Ljubljana, announces the following:
At its meeting held yesterday, on 20 July 2009, the Sava Re Supervisory Board members elected Branko Tomažič as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mateja Lovšin Herič as Deputy Chairman.
Furthermore, the Supervisory Board appointed from among its members two members to the Audit Committee: Mag. Mateja Treven as Chairman and Dr. Slaven Mićković as Member. The third, independent external member of the Audit Committee will be appointed at one of the next Supervisory Board meeting.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
